Coaching Sessions
Initial Consultation: $99
Tell me all about yourself! We’ll take 60-90 minutes to unpack where you’re at and how I can help you, before schedule a follow-up.
I will send you a meeting summary for your own personal records, and any digital info or aids I think could help.
Follow-up: $65
Schedule as many or as few follow-ups with me as you think you would need. Health is so individual!
Between follow-ups, you may opt to have me contact you regularly for encouragement and accountability. You’ve got this!
4 Session Bundle: $199

Meet me at your local grocery store within Simsbury, Granby, and Hartford, Connecticut, for a customized grocery tour. We will practice shopping in a way that supports your goals! Pricing is dependent on time traveled, length of grocery tour, and complexity of customization.

Using my abilities in scientific research and graphic design, I can curate a personalized infographic on anything you want to know about. These are perfect if you do not have time to research, feel unable to find answers on your own, or don’t currently need coaching, but still have questions!
